Will I receive tickets in advance?
An e-ticket will be emailed to you ahead of the ceremony.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is black tie.
Is there a cloakroom for guests?
Complimentary coat check-in will be available for your convenience.
Is there assigned seating at the awards ceremony?
Yes, all seats are assigned prior to arrival. Therefore, it is essential to return all guest names and dietary requirements no later than the deadline provided in your confirmation email to ensure inclusion on the table plan. If you were unable to supply names prior to the deadline, they will be listed on the table plan as ‘Guest of’.
Will there be vegetarian and other special diet options?
A vegetarian option is available but must be included in your guest dietary requirements when submitting your guest information on the awards booking platform.
Will official photographs be taken during the ceremony?
Professional photographs will be taken throughout the evening and will be available to view on the awards website after the event.
One of my guests now can’t make it, can I send a substitution?
Yes, of course, please notify awards_tm@nineteengroup.com of your substitution as soon as possible. After Tuesday Friday 20 November, the names on table plan will not be updated so please make your replacement guest aware that they should look for your original guest’s name.
