Gorden is now developing innovation challenge programs in South Yorkshire after recently retiring. He spent 20 years at Gripple, a previous TMMX winner, as Special Projects Manager, where he focused on innovation, challenging convention, and developing innovative products, solutions, and programs. Prior to that, he held several Managing Director roles in large corporates within the Building Materials sector.
