A. The dress code is black tie for gentlemen and ballgown for ladies

 

Q. Are any drinks provided and can we pre-order wine for our table?

A. All drinks during the drinks reception are included and 5 bottles of wine are included on each table of 10 so there is hopefully no requirement to order additional items. However, if you would like to pre-order additional or different drinks you can do this by contacting the catering team at the venue using the details below. *Superior tables have additional drinks

Q. Is there a cloakroom for guests?

A. Complimentary coat check-in will be available for your convenience. The cloakroom is located in the Atrium, past the guest services and on the left-hand side.

 

Q. Is there assigned seating at the awards ceremony?

A. Yes, all seats are assigned prior to arrival. Therefore, it is essential to return all guest names and dietary requirements no later than the deadline provided in your confirmation email to ensure inclusion on the table plan. If you were unable to supply names prior to the deadline, they will be listed on the table plan as ‘Guest of’.

 

Q. Will there be vegetarian and other special diet options?

A. A vegetarian option is available but must be pre-ordered prior to the event. Exhibition Centre Liverpool can cater for all additional dietary requirements, but please notify us of these, in order for us to make arrangements with the venue.

 

Q. Will official photographs be taken during the ceremony?

A. Photographs will be taken throughout the evening and will be available to view on the awards website after the event.

 

Q. One of my guests now can’t make it, can I send a substitution?

A. Yes, of course, please notify awards@hennikgroup.com of your substitution as soon as possible. After Tuesday 13 November, the names on table plan will not be updated so please make your replacement guest aware that they should look for your original guest’s name.

 

Q. I have a question that is not answered here, who do I speak to?

A. Up to and including the 9 November, please contact the Awards team on 020 7401 6033 (option 6) or email awards@hennikgroup.com. From Monday 12 November, the team will be on-site in Liverpool so please email any queries or find a member of staff during Smart Factory Expo.
